I have incorporated the use of gemstones into my herbal healing blends and make each one of them in accordance with the phases of the moon. Each product is then further amplified under the full moon, surrounded by copper and quartz crystals, while being "sung" to by a Quartz Crystal Singing Bowl, which is in the tone of D5. This tone resonates to the Sacral Chakra therefore helping to bring forth emotional balance.
